This story of Garth marks the end of a time because from the 13th strip John Allard gave the pen to Frank Bellamy (at the third page). In this story, our hero dives in 1876 in the western period of the General Custer and Sitting Bull. The french title was « le grand massacre » (sundance in english) and this tale has been published in the 3rd album of Pierre Charles in 1980.
2d story drawn by Frank Bellamy « The Cloud of Balthus » published at Retrospective BD in 1980 in the issue #8, Garth is confronted with an ovoid shaped extraterrestrial race, with huge eyes and no limb, floating in the air but mastering an avant-garde technology.
