Concerning the character of Brick Bradford (in france Luc Bradefer) created in 1933 by Clarence Gray for the drawing and William Ritt for the scenario, Stephen Philip Dowling has also had drew in the adventures of this character because there are many similarities.
Similarities such as the teacher Kala Kopak a scholar, who accompanied Brick in almost all of his adventures, friend and inventor of genuises such as a certain Prof Lumière (Lomière in France) and also inventor of the chronosphere which permits them to do time travellings.
